Services for children
Occupational therapy students work with children who may be experiencing challenges with functional skills that impact daily life. Occupational therapy students can support children to develop:
- fine motor skills
- gross motor skills
- sensory processing
- executive functioning
- self-care
- social skills
- play.
Services for adults
Occupational therapy students support adults in achieving their goals through tailored individual or group therapy programs, including:
- upper-limb strength and movement
- strategies for daily activity support
- home modifications
- recommendations for assistive technology.
Fees
Group therapy: $15 per session
Paediatric assessment: $150 (standard) / $60 (concession)
Intake
Group therapy: April and September
Paediatric assessment: September
Upcoming group therapy: Upper Limb Bootcamp for stroke patients.
Teaching and learning
Occupational Therapy (OT) services will be available on specific dates and delivered by OT students under the supervision of fully accredited and experienced Occupational Therapists.
